How long will my delivery take?
During 'COVID' we are experiencing delays with both receiving stock from suppliers, as well as processing the large amount of online orders we are receiving. For all in stock items, the estimated processing time is 3-4 business days. After this, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.
There is a high chance an item that is in stock may suddenly fall out of stock with one of our suppliers. We will endeavour to communicate this within 24 hours. If you are requiring a more certain timeframe, please e-mail us via our contact page.

Will I get advised as to when my items will be arriving?
Yes, you will be notified when your items have left our warehouse. Most freight services will provide tracking and an estimated ETA.
How are items shipped, and do I need to be home to receive these?
Items will be required to be signed by an authorised person before they can be left at their destination. Smaller items may be left at the address only if a safe place can be found by the driver.
All bulky items such as leaf springs, bullbars and other barwork will sent on a pallet and must be removed from the freight company's vehicle either by hand or forklift. No assistance can be offered by freight company personal due to WH&S. As such, we cannot leave items unattended if you are not home when the delivery arrives.
Do you price match other stores or online vendors?
Yes, on a case by case basis. Please contact us with your price match request.
We understand that many people hunt the absolute lowest price possible. However, as we are a genuine retailer and distributor for many of Australia's premier 4x4 accessory brands, as well as offer a robust warranty network around Australia, we are sometimes unable to match all prices. We also do not price match with any of our stockists around Australia.
Do you offer installation?
Yes, our Brendale location has a full on-site workshop for all 4x4 lift kits and suspension, as well as bullbars and other 4wd accessories.
If you are looking for installation in other locations, please contact us and we will be more than happy to recommend a local install partner.
My 4x4 is not listed. Do you have suspension or accessories available for it?
If your 4x4 is not listed, then we most likely do not have suspension available for it. However, all of our accessories (except for bullbars and other barwork) should be suitable for most vehicles. Please call us on 1300 66 29 20 if you require assistance choosing the right product for your vehicle.
