Here at Direct Suspensions, it is our mission to help make shopping online for auto parts as easy as possible. That is why we offer an industry leading Fitment Guarantee and 30-day change of mind policy.

 

What does our Fitment Guarantee cover?

  • Parts that not fit for purpose, or as described on our website
  • Parts that do not fit the vehicle they are described as fitting
  • Parts that do not work together (when sold in a combo, i.e. a lift kit)
  • Parts that do not carry the amount of weight they were stated as carrying

Do you offer a 30-day change of mind policy?

Yes! As long as the part is unused and in resellable condition. You will receive store credit unless there is a clear manufacturer fault, or any of the above conditions as part of our Fitment Guarantee are met.

Return shipping for change of mind returns is to be paid by the customer.

How long will my delivery take?

Order processing time: 2-6 business days (excludes supplier delays)

Approximate shipping time:

Brisbane 1 – 2 business days
Gold Coast/Sunshine Coast 1 – 2 business days
Sydney & Melbourne 2 – 4 business days
Northern & Central QLD - metro 2 – 4 business days
Northern & Central QLD - regional 3 – 5 business days
Adelaide, Perth & Darwin 3 – 7 business days
Tasmania, Regional NSW, VIC, WA, NT, SA 4 – 10 business days

Will I get advised as to when my items will be arriving?

Yes, you will be notified when your items have left our warehouse. Most freight services will provide tracking and an estimated ETA.

 

How are items shipped, and do I need to be home to receive these?

Items will be required to be signed by an authorised person before they can be left at their destination. Smaller items may be left at the address only if a safe place can be found by the driver.

All bulky items such as leaf springs, bullbars and other barwork will sent on a pallet and must be removed from the freight company's vehicle either by hand or forklift. No assistance can be offered by freight company personal due to WH&S. As such, we cannot leave items unattended if you are not home when the delivery arrives.
