WCS Leaf Spring Specs

• Constructed from quality EN45A or SUP9 spring steel as used by OEM.
• Manufactured to OEM standards in a state of the art camber quench machines & temperature controlled furnaces for exacting tolerances.
• In most applications provide approximately 50mm (2") lift above standard ride height with improved load capacity.
• 100% of springs are shot-peened, scragged & load tested to achieve the permanent set (which virtually eliminates sagging) ensuring the spring meets the required specifications.
• All springs are fitted with bolt clamps to allow inter-leaf movement and reduce noise.
• All springs are fitted with military wrap (where space permits) on the fixed eye end for safety in the event of spring eye failure.
• Springs are graphite primed and then painted in an electrostatic booth to ensure coverage and help eliminate rust & corrosion.
