• Constructed from premium quality EN45A or SUP9 spring steel as used by OEM manufacturers.
• Manufactured to OEM standards using state-of-the-art camber quench machinery and temperature-controlled furnaces for precise tolerances and consistent performance.
• Parabolic tapered leaf design reduces inter-leaf friction for improved ride comfort, quieter operation, and enhanced suspension articulation.
• In most applications, provides approximately 50mm (2") lift above standard ride height with improved load handling capability.
• 100% of springs are shot-peened, scragged, and load tested to achieve permanent set, helping eliminate sagging and ensuring long-term reliability.
• Designed with fewer leaves and reduced unsprung weight to improve suspension responsiveness and ride quality.
• Fitted with bolt clamps where required to maintain alignment while allowing controlled leaf movement.
• Military wrap fitted on the fixed eye end where space permits for additional safety in the event of spring eye failure.
