Forged from a single piece of Chromoly steel to the right profile followed up with a specific heat treating program to provide the same yield & tensile material properties as BIS80 - but with greater ductility (Elastic) meaning they will bend compared to a breakage!! just like OE Toyota. After heat treating the arms then undergo a CNC machining for accurate bush location.
