Powerdown Shock Absorber for Mercedes Sprinter (1995-2000)
Powerdown LTS shock absorbers are specifically engineered for the Mercedes Sprinter's independent front suspension and leaf-spring rear. The Sprinter's high payload rating and frequent urban loading/unloading cycles place constant cyclical stress on suspension components. Australian delivery fleets and workshop vehicles cover high annual kilometres under conditions of constant load variation, making shock absorber condition critical for tyre wear and safety.
The LTS range uses a 35mm bore design with a large outer body for increased fluid capacity, delivering consistent damping performance across the Sprinter's full payload range - from empty to GVM.

Signs your LTS shock absorbers need replacing: Increased body sway when cornering or changing lanes under load, nose dive under braking, tyre cupping or uneven wear across the tread, oil leaking from the shock body, or bottoming out on road bumps under normal payload. LTS shocks should be inspected every 80,000km or annually on high-mileage fleet vehicles.
