Powerdown P-series Supershock shock absorbers for Kenworth are Australian-engineered specifically for the operating demands of Kenworth trucks on Australian roads. Kenworth runs heavier payloads at higher sustained speeds and over longer distances than the North American market for which Kenworth's OEM shocks are calibrated. The P155 range is designed for Kenworth's parabolic leaf spring front suspension, providing upgraded damping forces that control the higher-horsepower drivetrain inputs and Australian road-load conditions without compromising ride quality on the highway.

Signs your Kenworth front shocks need replacing: Increased nose dive under braking, weave or wander at highway speed, steering shimmy after hitting corrugations, tyre feathering across the steer axle, or oil visible on the shock body. On a working Kenworth, front shocks should be inspected every 200,000km or annually.
