Designed for the Isuzu 2020 onwards D-MAX and 06/2021 onwards MU-X in 1.9L, 2.2L and 3.0L Diesel, the SS177HP Safari ARMAX Snorkel offers a +32% increase in airflow over the standard raised air intake. This upgrade provides the additional air volume needed for high-performance enhancements such as advanced engine tuning, upgraded exhaust systems and turbocharger upgrades.
The ARMAX 4" Air Ram has been developed using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) to maximise airflow, FEA (Finite Element Analysis) to validate structural strength, and NVH (Noise, Vibration & Harshness) testing to keep in-cabin noise down. The raised, water-tight intake protects the engine from dust and water ingress in the toughest conditions.
Manufactured in Australia from Safari's own industrial-spec UV stabilised polyethylene, the SS177HP is built to last the life of the vehicle and is backed by Safari's Lifetime Warranty.
